KKC is the place that God has chosen to restore the lives of many children who were faced with the daunting task of surviving after losing their parents to the AIDS pandemic.  Being raised by strangers in a terrible slum environment is too scary for most little ones, as it would be for anybody. There are an estimated 250,000 orphans in Kibera.  KKC is reaching out to those in ‘survival mode’, demonstrating an immediate need to be rescued from loneliness and despair.  Providing them with education, food and love together with all the comforts of a real home (not found in Kibera nor most of Kenya), KKC fulfills the Biblical mandate to care for the orphans.

An orphan can be a child of a single parent who is not able to care for them, a child abandoned or who has lost their parents to death.  In whatever way they are left uncared for, KKC is reaching out to them.  We have them all, from the displaced to the abandoned, from those left behind by death to those whose last living parent is on the death bed and unable to do anything; KKC is there.

KKC is donor funded.  You can be a part of it today!
